29 CFR 1926.251(a)(4):Special custom design lifting accessories for material handling were not marked to indicate the safe working load(s). a) On or about April 20, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, the tow strap and 2x6 wood boards attached to a framed wall were not marked to indicate safe working loads for lifting, exposing employees to struck by hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
