29 CFR 1910.268(c): The employer did not provide training in the various precautions and safe practices described in (1) through (3) of this section and did not ensure that employees did not engage in the activities to which this section applies until such employees have received proper training in the various precautions and safe practices required by this section. a) 130 Tressler Lane Spring Mills, PA Residential Cabin - An employee working in a bucket of a Chevy C5500 Utility Truck did not have the training and familiarity of the necessary safety- related work practices to conduct work activities around 7200-volt power line, on or about August 10, 2022. Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
