29 CFR 1926.702(j)(1):Employees were permitted to perform maintenance or repair activity on equipment (such as compressors, mixers, screens, or pumps used for concrete and masonry construction activities) where the inadvertent operation of the equipment could occur and cause injury, where all potentially hazardous energy sources had not been locked out and tagged. On or about June 20th, 2023, employees at the work site were attempting to repair a CEMCO 150 cement mixer auger shaft without locking out potential energy sources.
