At the worksite, located at 10600 Endeavour Way Largo, FL 33777; On or about 11/13/23, the employer exposed employees to to trip and fire hazards, in that portable fire extinguishers not mounted in a secure location and identified in the manufacturing department, or by wall markings so that they are readily accessible to employees in the event of an emergency.
