29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause the employee to lose balance and fall: a- 29 Coliseum Drive, Eastampton NJ: On or about 12/14/23 the company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 17 feet 7 inches to the ground surface below when ascending a portable extension ladder, while not maintaining three points of contact, when supplying 4 foot by 8 foot sheets of OSB to a worker on the second floor of a residential structure. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
