29 CFR 1926.452(c)(2): Tubular welded frames and panels were not braced by cross, horizontal, or diagonal braces, or combination thereof, which would have secured vertical members together laterally: a) Jobsite: 1532 Manton Street, Sidewalk - The base frames of a fabricated frame scaffold did not have cross or diagonal braces to secure vertical members together laterally. This condition exposed employees to a collapse hazard while performing bricklaying operations. Observed on or about 03/11/13.
