29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented: a) 1154 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, NJ 07008. Employee was allowed to work on and from the roof of a two story home doing rip and tear of old roofing materials with no fall protection systems in place exposing him to fall hazards. Condition occurred on or about 06/03/14.
