29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): The clearance between scaffolds and power lines were less than 10 feet: a) Jobsite, 624-626 East Flora Street - Employees were performing stucco operations from a fabricated frame scaffold within 3 feet of unprotected 240 volt power lines. Observed on or about 7/7/14. Penn Stucco was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(f)(6), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 939267, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/8/13, with respect to a workplace located at 840-842 Christian Street Philadelphia, PA.
