29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(B): The building owner and/or facility owner did not notify employees of the owner who will work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos-containing material or presumed asbestos containing material of the presence, location and quantity: a) A.M. Castle & Co., Franklin Park, IL, as building owner, did not notify their maintenance employees, who routinely work in or adjacent to areas containing asbestos-containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM) and periodically come in contact with it, of the presence, location and quantity of ACM or PACM at their facility. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
