29 CFR 1926.451(a)(6): Scaffolds were not designed by a qualified person: a) Worksite, North Side of Building: Employees performing exterior sheathing, insulation, and stucco preparation work from a job-made supported scaffold were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet to the ground below. The scaffold and its components were not designed by a qualified person. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
