29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: On or about October 9, 2019, a portable fire extinguisher on the east side by the chemical tanks was blocked by an industrial Big Air fan, black/greenish chemical hoses, flexible cord, fan screen, and white pail, exposing employees to injury in the event of fire. Nu-Way Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1375716, citation number 1, item number 3/a and was affirmed as a final order on 08/21/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 220 Garrison Avenue, West Memphis, AR 72301.
