29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: On or about April 20, 2020, employees operating the off-bear-belt and edger machine were exposed to fire and electric shock hazards from flexible cord coming from the bottom of the side mounted electrical panel in that the bushing has separated from the panel.
