29 CFR 1910.38(b): An emergency action plan was not in writing, kept in the workplace, and available to employees for review: On or about November 21, 2023, employees were exposed to fire hazards, trip and falls because the employer had not developed and implemented an emergency action plan which included direction of travel during evacuation, exit signs and emergency lighting.
