29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition(s): P&W Painting Contractors, Inc. - Toledo, Ohio: On or about October 1, 2014, the employer did not assure that the JSB 930 forklift removed from service during a time in which it was not in safe operating condition. Employees were exposed to struck-by injuries in that the horn was not operative.
