29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used: On or about November 3, 2014 and prior to that time located adjacent to the companys equipment / storage trailer there was an energized orange extension cord with damaged primary insulation exposing the secondary insulated conductors used to provide electrical service power to Napa battery charger model # 85-1010 and a De Walt battery charger located within the equipment / storage trailer.
