29 CFR 1910.304(g)(6)(ii): Metal enclosures for service equipment shall be grounded. On or about April 12, 2021, the employer did not ensure the metal enclosure (cabinet) housing a 30 amp, 480 volt receptacle outlet, 480 volt water pump motor controller, and circuit disconnect switch was grounded.
