29 CFR 1910.184(i)(1):Synthetic web sling(s) were not marked or coded to show rated capacities for each type of hitch and type of synthetic web material: In building 21, employees were exposed to struck by hazards. Employees engaged in fabrication activities were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure that the synthetic rope slings had markings to show rated capacities of the slings at the Nelson 3 ton hoists in the floor and door assembly areas.
