29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: On or about August 29, 2023, outside of Terminal C Gate C26 at Logan International Airport on 1 Harborside Drive, Boston, MA, 02128, an employee operated a Komatsu BX Forklift (Model Number: FG25TLP-12; SN: 515775A) that had significant wear and damage to its tires, where the employer did not ensure the forklift was examined before being placed into service.
