29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(2)(i): Protective clothing for lead required in 29 CFR 1910.1025(g)(1) was not provided in a clean and dry condition at least weekly: (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc.: The employer failed to provide protective clothing for employees overexposed to an airborne concentration of lead. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
