29 CFR 1910.157(e)(2): Portable fire extinguishers were not visually inspected at least monthly: On or about September 27, 2018 and at times prior to throughout the facility, employees engaged in work activities associated with the production of wood products were exposed to hazards associated with portable fire extinguishers that were not inspected on a monthly basis. Deficiencies noted included, but were not limited to fire extinguishers not mounted or located in designated areas, blocked by equipment, not fully charged, and missing annual inspection tags.
