29 CFR 1910.217(c)(1)(i): The employer did not provide and insure the usage of "point of operation guards" or properly applied and adjusted point of operation devices on every operation performed on a mechanical power press: a. On January 12, 2016, in department 1, the Cincinnati power press wire chopper does not have an adequate guard at the point of operation, exposing employees to an amputation hazard. b. On January 12, 2016, in department 2, the Alamo power press wire chopper does not have an adequate guard at the point of operation, exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
