29 CFR 1910.136(a): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee uses protective footwear when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole: a) 155 Dey Road, Wayne, NJ 07470, Concrete Mixing Drum: The employer did not ensure that affected employees required to remove cement build-up inside of truck drum mixers, wore protective footwear. Employees were exposed to foot injuries from falling concrete debris, on or about, 03/01/17.
