(a) Refrigeration Building: On or about January 8, 2018 and at times prior, employees are to respond to incidental releases of ammonia and the emergency action plan does not have specific procedures for handling releases, including instructing employees how to distinguish between small and large spills. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
