29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Jobsite, 329 Marberry Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15201: On or before February 4, 2019, employees were working unprotected and exposed to struck-by hazards while engaged in tree felling and liming operations in that a protective helmet was not used.
