29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Assembly Line/Clean Room - On or about 3/9/2019 and at times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees to caught-in hazards in that the employer failed to conduct periodic inspections of the energy control procedures for machinery with multiple energy sources which includes but is not limited to GA 00-100 TM Case Turn Over #1 machine.
