29 CFR 1910.219(c)(4)(i): Unguarded projecting shaft end(s) did not present a smooth edge and end and projected more than one half the diameter of the shaft: (a) Plant #2 Edger End Feed Chain Deck - On January 8, 2020 and times prior an employee was allowed to remove wood slabs from a chain conveyor with a non-smooth rotating shaft that was not guarded by a nonrotating caps or safety sleeves.
