29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a. On or about January 17, 2020 and at times prior, at the commercial construction site in Davenport, Florida, the employer had not trained employees to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to minimize these hazards, in that, employees installing roof trusses while standing on top of concrete walls without fall protection, were exposed to a 14-foot fall hazard. b. On or about January 17, 2020 and at times prior, at the commercial construction site in Davenport, Florida, the employer had not trained employees to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to minimize these hazards, in that, employees installing roof trusses standing and/or sitting on top of the wood trusses were exposed to a 24-foot fall hazard.
