29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9): Guard for abrasive wheel machine where the operator stands in front of the machine was not constructed so that the peripheral protecting member could be adjusted to the constantly decreasing diameter of the wheel:( JOB SITE: 108 Business Highway 61, Bowling Green, MO 63334, on or about 1/28/2020, a King Ball Bearing 8' bench grinder located in the fabrication shop was being used without a tongue guard above the stone wheel. The workers were exposed to struck-by hazard.
