29 CFR 1910.1200(j)(2)(ii): The employer did not update their written hazard communication program required by paragraph (h)(1) by June 1, 2016 to reflect changes in labeling and safety data sheets: (a) On or about 4/22/2020 and at times prior to - Onsite Truck Repair and Equipment Repair Shops, Technicians and Helpers were exposed to health hazards from acutely toxic chemicals, such as methanol, and the employer did not revise the existing Hazard Communication Written Program to include the required changes implemented by the Globally Harmonized System (GHS).
