29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i):Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. Guardrail systems shall be installed before the scaffold is released for use by employees other than erection/dismantling crews and as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(g)(4)(i)-(g)(4)(iv) Location: 380 Communipaw Ave Jersey City, NJ 07302 - 2nd & 3rd floors a) Employees exposed to fall hazards while performing siding & waterproofing operations on a pump jack scaffold approximately 20 feet with missing end rails and a front mid rail. Hazard was observed on or about 4/20/21.
