29 CFR 1910.421(a):The employer did not comply with the requirements of paragraphs (b) through (h) of this section prior to each diving operation: a. Pond near Hole No. 7 at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club, located at 200 Ponte Vedra Boulevard in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida: On or about December 3, 2021, the employer exposed employees to drowning hazards, as the employer did not comply with all pre-dive requirements prior to diving operations.
