29 CFR 1910.272(g)(4): The employer did not provide equipment for rescue operations, which was specifically suited for the bin, silo, or tank being entered: (a) Highway 82 West, County Road 286 - On or about October 13, 2022, at storage bin number 2, employees entering the soybean storage bin did not have rescue equipment for employees that walk the soybeans, to retrieve employees in the event of an emergency or accident, exposing employees to an engulfment hazard.
