29 CFR 1910.1030(d)(4)(iii)(A)(2)(i):During use, containers for contaminated sharps were not easily accessible to personnel or located as close as was feasible to the immediate area where sharps were used or could be reasonably anticipated to be found: At the clinic, where the container for contaminated sharps was not easily accessible to personnel. The contaminated sharps container was located in the breakroom which was down the hall from the examination room where the contaminated sharps were used.
