29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a. At the backyard of 12 Laura Court, Palm Coast, Florida, on or about August 10, 2023, employees on the ground were exposed to the hazard of being struck in the head by falling objects, in that the employees picking up debris and branches were not wearing protective helmets.
