29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy. On or about November 8, 2023, and at times prior thereto, an electrical outlet in the production area was missing the faceplate cover, exposing employees to shock hazards.
