29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) Lambda Line Sizing Machine: On or about January 10, 2013 the employer exposed his employees to point of operation hazards in that employees were required to operate the sizing machine where the point of operation was not properly guarded by such as but not limited to barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices, electronic safety devices, ect.
