29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment: On or about 03/21/2016 the employer failed to ensure that a 220 volt junction box used by employees who operated the spot/stud welder and portable welder at robot 11 was free from damage. The face plate was pulled away from the junction box exposing the operator(s) to electrical hazards from the wiring contained within the unit.
