29 CFR 1910.179(e)(6)(ii): Guard(s) for moving parts were not securely fastened: a) Middle rail dock crane: On or about March 4, 2016, and at times prior, three machine guards were uninstalled and lying on the catwalk which exposed workers on the crane catwalk to trip and fall hazards while workers sixty feet below were exposed to struck-by hazards due to metal guards falling from the crane. Abatement Note: Employer completed abatement during inspection.
