29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): a) Throughout the facility, on or about 11/5/19: A written hazard communication program was not implemented for employees that work with materials including, but not limited to Wire Wheel Cleaner containing corrosive hydrofluoric acid; Red Thunder containing 2-butoxyethanol, a skin absorbable irritant; Wet Look, a flammable liquid and central nervous system depressant; Red Lightning, a skin irritant; and NAPA MACS Brake Cleaner, containing toluene, a reproductive toxin.
