29 CFR 1926.1431(h)(1): The trial lift was not performed with the anticipated lift-weight of the unoccupied personnel platform from the ground level and each location where the platform was to be hoisted and positioned: a) On or about March 21, 2021, at the jobsite, the pre-flight of the personnel platform did not account for the anticipated weight of the employees prior to hoisting employees tasked with attaching the arms of a power line monopole.
