29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) On or about 08/11/2022, in the establishment, unauthorized employees performed repairs such as, but not limited to: the replacement of 12-Volt battery and battery jump on a forklift (1966 Clark Forklift Model CFY 40 B -29-749). Employees were exposed to electric shocks and thermal burns. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
