29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: (a) Poster room; On or about May 15, 2024, and dates prior, a 5-pound Amerex A500 ABC dry chemical portable fire extinguisher (No. PM-924851) was sitting on the floor not mounted to provide ready access.
