29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(2)(i): Clean change rooms were not provided for employees exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators: (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc.: The employer failed to provide clean change room(s) for the employees overexposed to lead. Employees were not changing their contaminated clothing before leaving the workplace. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
