29 CFR 1910.119(j)(4)(iii): The frequency of inspections and tests of process equipment was not consistent with applicable manufacturers' recommendations and good engineering practices, and more frequently if determined to be necessary by prior operating experience: a) Compressor room 35 The employer failed to properly document that the frequency of inspections and tests conducted on compressors RB-1, RC-1, RC-2, RC-4 and RC-5 was consistent with manufacturer recommendations when Class A inspections were not completed in 2017.
