29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct an annual or more frequent inspection of the energy control procedure to ensure that the procedure and requirements of this standard were followed: At this oil waste treatment and disposal facility, inspections of the energy control procedures were not conducted at least annually for the following types of machines: a. Offload Bay 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (Pump Systems MCM); b. Charge Pump 1, 2 and 3 (Pump System MCM); c. Injection Pump 1 and 2 (Pump System Borretts); d. Oil transfer Pump (Pump System TITAN 3); e. Containment Sump (Pump System TITAN 4); f. SPF Assets (Pump System Gormann Rupp); g. Main Transfer pump (Pump System RUFF); h. Secondary Transfer Pump (Pump System Vaughn); i. Triplex Transfer Pump (Pump System TSC), and; j. Vacuum Unload System (Vaughn).
