29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were not examined before being placed in service: a) On or about 08/11/2022, at the establishment, Employer did not conduct inspections of the 1966 Clark Forklift (Model CFY 40 B -29-749). Employees drove the 1966 Clark Forklift (Model CFY 40 B -29-749) to move materials throughout the facility. Employees were exposed to struck by hazards, electric shocks and thermal burns. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
