29 CFR 1910.1025(i)(3)(i): Employee(s) exposed to lead in excess of the permissible exposure limit (PEL), without regard to the use of respirators, were not required to shower at the end of the work shift: (a) At Martin Foundry Company Inc.: The employer failed to provide a shower facility for the employees to shower at the end of the work shift. (1) On or about October 30, 2013, an employee was exposed to an 8-hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 60.11 ug/m3 of lead, which is 1.20 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 50 ug/m3 while performing red brass melting and pouring processes.
