29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(9)(ii): Class III asbestos work was not performed using local exhaust ventilation to the extent feasible: In room 112 at 1883 Main Street Springfield, MA: On or about October 26, 2014, the employer did not ensure that a Class III asbestos work operation, ceiling tile removal beneath spray-on fireproofing which contained between 10 and 15 percent amosite asbestos, without the use of local exhaust ventilation.
