(b) CWC 223, AAV Finals: Employees using grinding machinery were exposed to injury where the work rest was three-sixteenths of an inch from the grinding surface. (c) CWC 273, MTVR: Employees using grinding machinery were exposed to injury where the left and right work rests were three-sixteenths of an inch from the grinding surface. (d) CWC 273 bldg.
