29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installations rated 600 volts, nominal, or less were used for purposes other than those permitted in subparagraphs (A), (B) and (C) of this paragraph: a.) Facility/Box Making Machine (electric 110V; air 110 psi) - On or about 3/11/15, the box making machine is energized through the use of an extension cord (temporary electrical power), and for purposes other than those permitted by sub paragraphs, or: (A) During and for remodeling, maintenance, or repair of building, structures, or equipment, and similar activities; (B) For a period not to exceed 90 days for Christmas decorative lighting, carnivals, and similar purposes; and, (C) For experimental or developmental work, and during emergencies. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
